This piece is inspired by those construction paper/hand-tracing
turkeys we had to make every year in grade school. Do you remember making them?
I probably made at least fifty, some covered in feathers and others in macaroni
and even more in sequins; when I was feeling very creative, they would be
covered in all three! But thanks to my recent foray into veganism, I’ve been
wondering “what about the vegetarians?” This is my take on a very vegetarian
Thanksgiving crafternoon at school.
Whether you’re eating turkey or tofurkey this weekend, I
